ALIS PROJECT
ALIS aims at dramatically reducing the distance between citizens or private companies on the one hand, and the system of laws and regulations on the other, by easing the access and the use of legal systems and other regulatory systems.
ALIS System will present 4 major fuctionalities:
- Facilitate compliance with existing laws and regulations of governmental actions
- Prevent conflicts when possible: finding early solutions and avoiding disputes
- Propose methods for alternative dispute resolution: enabling conflicting parties to avoid Court procedure
- Facilitate development and evolution of consistent legal and regulatory systems: improving efficiency in law making.
